My coach kind of threw me for a loop and I thought I was supposed to do 18 today and 20 next week, which is two weeks from the marathon for which I hopefully have good weather. At mile 6 I decided to go ahead and include two extra miles to make it 20...which I have never done before. It was easier to do that than figure out how to keep the extra three miles I was going to sneak in next week from uploading to my garmin feed.

ETA: this was my lame attempt at humor that is couched in being a headcase because of being 3 weeks out. I am a nutter.
