Weights plus recumbent bike

Fast Eddie:
Yasso 800 x 4.  Too hot to do more.  9.5K all together, warm up, workout, some ABCs, cool down. 

Arrojo:
Racing tonight!  It was my running club annual 1 mile and 200 m challenge.  You can choose to run the 200 before or after the 1 mile.  It’s kind of a crazy, interesting double.  Anyway, I successfully defended my age graded 200 m crown, which I have held in this club for the past 14 years.  My actual time was 30.7.  We won’t talk about my one mile.

SnarlyMarly:
Fast swim. When you only swim 2-3 seconds per hundred faster than your slow, relaxed pace...what’s the point?   

10 mile run....again...takes too much effort for this pace.  Sad my new pace is my old not even jog...slog.   Getting old is so much fun.

Plugging Along:
long day at work, another rest day
big meal at 3pm (prep for saturday's race)
