Coyote Mas Loco:
310 miles running with two day off, plus one day of XC skiing (22 km). I'd like to have gotten out more for skiing but someone bumped my car the other week and I haven't been doing any mountain driving.

Just ran easy the first week of the month but added tempos about every week to 10 days after that. Last week I added long intervals (1 km at 8 to 10 km race pace) and I'll be doing similar workouts every week for the next 5 weeks so.

No races so far this year. But I'll do two in February, a 4 mile tune up here next week and 15K at sea level.
