Track workout today!
jog 800m
20 mins dynamic warmups (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)
4 x 40m strides
1 x 100m
1 x 200m
7 x 100m @ 90%

I got a scare after the 200m. My asthma has been really bad lately due to allergies. I could not get enough oxygen and had a brief panic before I could breathe. Nobody else was on the track, so I decided to just do 100's (easier for breathing) and no 200's or300's today.

Tried my hand at mountain biking. Found that mountain biking is different than riding a mountain bike😗. Picked up too much speed on a downhill with tight turn. Took a digger. Got wrapped up and learned that you just got to get out of the saddle.
