I’m in to fermenting now. Yesterday I got my sourdough starter started, some limoncello, and a DIY orange liqueur. Who has a good kimchi recipe?

I have made it, but it has been YEARS. I remember it being easy, LOL.

I once did, used a spice pack from a korean store. I was not impressed, but don't like it very much in general. Report back!
