Go to this thread in Running and post something about running.

The thread was started on this side yesterday and after it was moved I decided to make a 4 minute mile out of it. 4 pages of posts (80 posts) in 24 hours. We at 65 posts now, so some 300 meters to go. I'm all tied up with lactic acid and can't carry the pace--that and I have a meeting to go to. Help the thread reach 80 posts.

bump! the clock is ticking

we're at a comparative 4:15 now, fewer than than 200 meters (8 posts) to go to reach 80. Come on CH. Let's bring them home.

The last evening hill workout for the season (too dark and the drivers try to kill you)  and now back to the runs through the college start.   8)
