Jogged 2 miles to the country store to buy lottery tickets. Jogged home, then did 4 x 200m strides.

45 min spin class + 8 miles running. Longest and bestest run since March 4.

12 miles.   First few slow and then things got going.  Old engines take awhile I guess...
