Title: Appetizer thread!
Post by: seattlegirl on November 24, 2017, 01:36:43 PM
There's a lot of entertaining this time of year, so let's collect recipes and ideas!

I made these for Thanksgiving, and found them delicious.  Easy, though a tad tedious to assemble.

I love the idea of roasted chickpea croutons for the salad!

I have made a stuffed shell kind of inside out pasta salad a few times and people seem to really like it.

Basically just take your favorite pasta salad recipe and sub the called for pasta for jumbo shells... medium/fine chop everything you normally use and stuff it in the shells.  I spray a little olive oil on the shells so they don't stick together and it makes it good finger food.
