8.5K. First run post marathon. Would of gone out yesterday, but work got in the way.

6 miles easy. Beautiful day.

Hill sprints today!
Jog 1/2 mile to giant hill
20 minutes dynamic warmup drills (high knees, butt kicks, mach !&B skips, grapevines, leg swings)
5 x 150m sprints up the giant hill, walk back to start recovery
1/2 mile death jog back home.
