30 minutes on treadmill with hill simulation + 20 minutes of weights.

Arrojo:
3.3 miles

Handsome Jack:
3 mile soft jog

Fast Eddie:
3K walk and 30 minute stationary bike.  Calf strain is slowly getting better.  Just a minor limp when getting going, or moving too fast.
