Easy 30 minutes (3.5 miles), following 30 minutes on the spin bike earlier in the day. I was pretty tired today, after 3 consecutive fairly tough days (15.5 miles yesterday) so I took it very easy today.

Morning three miles for me today. 40° and windy, but dry. Did 3 last Thursday too in same conditions.

Late morning run, as I waiting for some showers to pass. 11.8K in overcast, but still above average temps. Still feeling some leg fatigue, but pace was still good.

First run pre-marathon. Not including the 15 hour driving marathon yesterday from Tifon GA to home in Toronto ON.

10.5K in sunny 45°F weather. Still some stiffness in the legs.

Congrats Eddie, that's an impressive record! Next up 100 marathons.

I ran the USATF masters 5K over the weekend and ran 18:23 for 2nd in my age and 3rd overall for age grading (91%), my best race in 6 months.

Thanks Coyote.  :)

Even more impressive are your USATF results.

3 very windy miles. Stuck to the neighborhood to the chance of being hit by falling tree debris.

Great report FE. 88th marathon is amazing and your time impressive. Hope the beach time is restorative!
