3 x Flying 30's at 95%
200M at 80%
300M at 75%
200M at 75%

10K easy recovery run. None of that fast stuff for me. Legs are lethargic.

Recovery day. 3.5 miles on the trails in the morning, 4.7 on a suburban ditch path at lunch
