I finally opened the can of coconut milk

I was not expecting that! It was so fluffy and pretty. I was just expecting liquid. Is that normal? I had it in the fridge to use in a smoothie. It looked so rich that I only used one serving (1/3 cup) but I had to add some liquid to the smoothie because there wasn't enough (juice).

Well it is full of fat so it will solidify in the fridge.
