What can I do with day 2 of overcooked London Broil?
« on: June 03, 2013, 08:28:13 AM »
I overcooked London Broil on the grill yesterday - it was edible but just meh.
I'd like to do something with it today - put it over pasta with a sauce or something - but what kind of sauce - and are there other options?  I hate to waste it,  but just heating it up like it is will not be very tasty.

Inventive kitchen help needed!  Thanks!

Quesedillas? If you cut into small slices and add cheese and salsa, maybe.

Just checked out beef stroganoff - my son is not a big mushroom fan. Anyone have a link to a recipe they like?

Good one - saucier than quesadillas. Shred the beef and it will absorb the sauce nicely.

Mix up with some scrambeld eggs and serve in a tortilla with some hot sauce.
People put a lot less effort into picking apart evidence that confirms what they already believe.

The money is in the division. Always has been, always will be. Divide and rule, the politician cries; unite and lead, is the watchword of the wise.
