Bye, bye runninglog

At least for now.

No one has been using it so I decided to free up server resources by disabling Tomcat (java).  This will give the forum considerably more memory to work with.

It will still show in the menu but will bring up an error screen instead of the log.

how does that work?  Did you have a separate application server for the running log?  Why tomcat instead of jboss?

We have only the one server for everything.  I used tomcat because I have worked with it before.  If there is interest in resurrecting the running log I will investigate doing so.
