It was threatening to rain when I ran at lunchtime and road crews out where I'd run so wasn't feeling the combo. 4 mile run on the mill w/ intervals of 5 min easy/5 min faster.

Rain here nicely went away mid morning, and the afternoon sun came out for my 13.3K run.  Tomorrow's forecast for rain may not be as nice.  :rain:

Warm and windy. I ran on trails up a volcanic mesa on the edge of the cityscape, 500' gain going out, 500' own. 7.4 miles with a few pick ups.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

7 miles in the morning. Deep blue skies and breezy with the parks all greened up and mountains to the west still covered in snow.
I had dead legs after 42M last week so cross-trained Monday and going forward switched my 3-day rotation from 9M, 7M, cross-train to 7M, 9M, cross-train so I get my day off after the long run.
