3.3 miles on a delightfully wintry day, wet snow mid 30s. I had the roads all to myself. All the newbie runners who are usually out there were nowhere to be seen for some reason.  Have a great day!

Great morning for a run here, 50 and overcast, no wind, and snow is melting, although any trails are too wet for running.

A virtual track workout/challenge, termed the Crow League Distance Medley, but it's more mid-d/sprint. 2.5 mile warm up.
1000, 600, 200, 100, with recovery equal in time to your previous rep. It was kind of fun

30 minute cool down. 7.6 for the day.

I'll stick to running, thank you.

Took off within about a minute of the weather going down the toilet but other than cold hands it was ok.
