68 minutes and 21 seconds.
I am the cadence king of the NW suburbs (over 50 division)

120,824 steps in 7 days.
My Garmin started showing steps a couple of weeks ago and it turned into OCD.
I thought about getting up at 4AM on my 70th birthday and running and walking the whole day.

Track workout today! I did 5 x Yasso 800m repeats, with 400m rest. My last 800 was little faster.
