I think it was about a month ago that I posted about getting back into running again and was pretty sure I had avoided my prior curse of getting deep calf pain after ramping up my mileage too quickly.

Not so much.  About 2 weeks ago I was doing my regular 3 mile morning run and started to feel the calf tightness.  I ran for another block or so thinking it would loosen up.  Not so much.  I've taken several days off and tried to run slowly and it's still there.  I've been riding my bike a little with no problem.  Tomorrow I'm going to give it a shot again.

So very frustrating.

NADA!!!

Was going to run today, but had terrible calf cramping last night.   Plus, I have a hard time without goals.  I had determined that I was going to get one bunion fixed, but the stupid thing didn't bother me during my race after weeks of barely being able to walk.  :panic:
