a mundane 5 + 10 on the bike.

*Note to self: avoid NE clam chowder before cycling on a warm muggy day.

 Double workout today:

1.  Insanity dynamic core workout.
2.  Jog 3 miles.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

Rest day. Electro therapy on the hip.

I guess it is a good sign that the weak parts of my body
have gotten strong enough so that another part is the weak part.
