Day 50 of 2018 - have you seen your New Year's resolution?

6.5 miles. Ran in the morning for a change.

Weights plus rowing (36 minutes)
-
4 miles easy, followed by push-ups, crunches, and weights.

45 min spin + 4 miles on the TM
-
33.5K in mostly misty weather.

13 miles. Out and back. Back took 8 minutes longer...I think I was blown backwards a few times
