5 mile jog + 11 miles cycling + 2.5 mile club race.

I ran at our running club's weekly all comers track meet. Usually I just volunteer – I am the meet director. But I brought my spikes tonight, and won the 50m in 7.22, got third in the 100 in 13.92, and won the 200 in 30.8. All against guys in their 20s 30s and 40s. (I'm 58).
