Looked like a beautiful spring morning, but days are warming up slowly this week. 37 F, feels like 32 with a pesky NW wind.
15 km with 4X 6 min reps at 10K effort/90 second recovery. That was a fairly hard workout. Could have done one more rep, because the first one was closer to threshold effort, but will leave that for another day.

3 miles today in between rain showers. Nice 48° F temperature. Was a good day to run.
