Running / Re: Monday, April 8th« Last post by Loco Coyote on April 08, 2024, 05:23:04 PM »I delayed my long run to today because the weather was bad yesterday (50-75 mph wind gusts) and my legs were trashed Friday and Saturday.
17 miles with 1 mile warm up, 15 mile progression starting at 7:40s to about 7:02 (3 mile increments). I had planned on sub 6:40 for the last few but could not get any faster. Progressions are really hard because you have accumulating fatigue while trying to get faster as you go. |
