6.6+ miles done. Garmin screwed up somewhere at the start of the run. Missed a few tenths.

Track workout tonight!
We did three sets of:
600m, with 200 rest, 1000m with 400 rest.

13K. Warmer weather has returned with some tropical air pushed up by Irma.

easy 5k on the track.
about race pace for this Saturday's half marathon.
