Easy 5.2 with a few pick ups today, 2.7 mile shakeout run yesterday after 25 minute foam rolling session to work out knots and such. Cutback weekend in preparation for the time trial tomorrow.

3.3 miles. Sunny and warm, 65°. Then I worked on opening the pool. I actually had to go in the pool to get a rock that had fallen on top of the tarp. The pool temp is 56°!

I went for a 5K walk (still on the 5K/day/May streak) and listened to more of Meb's audiobook.  So good.

10.3M early afternoon. Dropped 10 degrees during my run and got back just before it started pouring rain - whew.
