Track meet tonight! I ran the 200m in 30.80.  That age grades out to a 25.5 or so, fastest in the running club!

Out from the hotel (was at a work meeting in Newport/Middletown RI) for 3 miles - down to the water, saw a carrier (VC-60) that's being dismantled and recycled. Kind of cool.
