21.1K. Planned on only going 16-18K, but weather conditions today were great for late January with temps around 40F and streets mainly clear of ice and snow. It seems I wasn't the only one enjoy the great weather as it looks like 3 out of 5 people I follow on Strava did a half marathon distance as well.

Long and productive day at the New England Masters Chamionships. Best event was a 9.12 60 meters, 2nd place (83.33 WAVA) and fastest in 4 years. Now ranked 9th nationally. Also 2nd in long jump (3.74 meters, longest in a year). Third place in the triple jump although that remains a work in progress. Last event was the 200 meters - was 1.2 seconds slower than last week, good workout anyway. I’m tired, but still walking!

Congrats Arnie!

6 miles on trail; spectacular weather given what I've been running in lately.
