Title: Tuesday, March 19
Post by: Arrojo on March 19, 2019, 12:40:32 PM
Now that the snow has all melted off the tracks, I find myself in Florida where all of the tracks are padlocked.  One more reason to love New England.

So I did my sprint workout on the road under the watchful and suspicious eyes of the local seniors. 20 minutes of dynamic warm-ups – high knees, butt kicks, Mach a and B skips, grapevines.

4 x 40m strides
10 x 100m sprints at 80-90%.

“Why is that old man doing those weird jumps and sprinting?”
“Why isn’t he jogging like a normal runner?”
“What’s  he running from should we call the police?”

No police came, but hopefully I entertained them.
