After 43 years of being self-coached I'm trying something new. It's a little different. I didn't do anything new this week, but with more packed in just a few days so my legs are tired.

Today 9 and 3/4 miles with uphill tempo run, starting at 7200 up to 8100' elevation, followed by 8X 45 second @1500-3000 m race effort. So kind of a triple kick in the pants (tired legs, uphill, elevation). I'll get a recovery tomorrow and couple easy days early next week but Sunday will be tough.

Got caught by rain I hadn’t prepared for. Turned out to be a cold  and wet 45° 3 mile run.

Light showers, cold winds usually means I skip my outside runs, but we restarted Run Club at the Running Store I work at this evening, so when three hardy gals showed up for the 6pm run, out we went for 5K.

Run commute day. Thought I would only get a morning 7K in, but the rain held off for the most part, and I got my 7k run commute home as well.
