3.3 mile recovery run, followed by 4 x 200m strides.  I despise hot weather to the depths of my soul.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.

Ran a little under 6 this morning. Speed day. Did 2X 42 sec, 1X 2:25, and 2X 1:20 fast. Sort of hurt (not injured but hard work!) and felt crummy for several hours afterward.

Plan on easy 4 or so this evening. Doubles get old.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Short-term running a road mile next week as a tune up and then USATF 5K and 1 mile road championships later this month. The 5K is pretty stacked, everyone will be there. And the mile is definitely short/speed for me! So I have to be ready for both events. We have the team championship on the line as well as the individual races. And our back is against the wall, Atlanta has won 4, we have 1 win. And we have to beat them all remaining races.

After that, back into my comfort zone with longer distance road races in the fall (two 15Ks and a half marathon. The half is local and less important than the other two, which will be national/international races)
I'll stick to running, thank you.
