Weights plus rowing

Arrojo:
Insanity cardio workout.  I generally don't like to post non-running workouts (no judgment though).   Similar intensity to a good track workout, but all kinds of different movements.

Fast Eddie:
25 minutes morning ice skate and 10.5K afternoon run.

Ice Cream:
4.5 mile walk with DH. It was snowy and a bit slippery.
