Obviously you've never seen me run!  :d

The race is on one of the most difficult trails in SC, so I know it will be a tough hike no matter what.  It's not like I could pick an easy race for something.

Enigma's Rotting Ovaries:
I managed an easy 40 minute walk today.  No back spasms, but my back stayed tight during the walk.

I find that sometimes when I feel crappy and my back and/or other body parts hurt, I just go out and run anyway and it loosens up during the run.  And I feel much better afterward.  Barring an actual injury of course, running cures all ailments!

Enigma's Rotting Ovaries:
I did another 50 minute walk last night, followed by light stretching.  I'm still having back issues, but it's not getting any worse so I'm just going to keep plugging along.  This may well be my worst sleep injury to date.  :d

The overall plan is to spend the first month walking about 45 minutes/day every other day.  So far, so good.

Enigma's Rotting Ovaries:
30 minute hike on a moderately difficult trail.  Beautiful day.
