Oh yeah, this thread.I wound up using a different beer-less recipe. The original recipe called for brisket, and when I realized that I needed $40 worth of brisket, I said, screw that. I might cut down the recipe and make half as much some time, with only $20 worth of brisket.I wanted to avoid the gluten. I read somewhere that you can sub in apple juice... That might be interesting.
