I just purchased a Ninja 4qt air fryer with gift cards I had. I truly hope this will get me to cooking more food than grazing on foods day in/day out.

I think I will start with veggies I normally roast.  Perhaps chicken breasts as well.

Chicken breasts may dry out.  We love chicken thighs (esp with skin and bone) in it.

I just did bacon in it and it was awesome!  I love how I can now cook for one person and enjoy food.  I had gotten out of the habit of cooking things when it's just me.  :)

I got one! I had a birthday gift card from my job to use. I'm hoping to up my veggie intake and make small meals for one, since I'm getting tired of leftovers for dinner.

It's fantastic for small meals. It always seems like too much to use the regular oven for stuff, but I never mind popping something in the air fryer.
