After yesterday’s bummer (missing out on the Penn relays due to a canceled flight),  I took my frustrations out on the track, with six hard 200m repeats at 85-90%.  Good workout, but I’m still bummed out.

Connecticut Masters Games in three weeks.
I would get drunk on Bud Light with Dylan Mulvaney.
