5 miles. Fortunately got out there just before it hit 90 degrees.

I will post in this Aug 14th thread as is seems kevin871 beat out Sullen and erratic by 45 seconds.

27K with a lot of walking the last 6K due to heat and some butt (sciatic?) pain.

6 miles.  Longest run I have done in over 3 years.  I have fluid on my left knee, but no pain.  Will ice it and ibuprofen.

Ending my second week of training with 18 miles.
