Title: Personal weight training app help
Post by: Noley on July 07, 2016, 10:58:33 AM
I am trying hard to incorporate weight training into my workouts now, and it's new for me to not do as much cardio.  I have a great gym, with all the equipment I would need.  I'm looking for an app that could help me rotate good routines to help me with what I do...that has a good rotation to it all.

Do any of you know of something or use something that I could have on my phone that could assist me?

Thanks.

Honesty- one of the best investments I made was to hire a personal trainer for an hour to put together a plan for me. I was referred to a PT from a friend. I met with her- she took my mobility measurements and got a sense of what I wanted to accomplish and a few days later she sent me a plan along with links to YouTube videos of the proper form. I asked her to revise this or that and she did until it was perfect. I got 2 refreshes with it, so when I get bored or my workout gets stale I just get a new plan. She's very hands off which is what I need. I think for the cost and the time frame (8 months to a year) it's totally worth it to spend a hundred bucks for a top notch custom built program that I enjoy and see the results I need.
