My family is doing a Thanksgiving potluck on Monday.

I need to bring a dish, but here's the trouble. Half the people there are vegetarians.

Anyways- I want to bring a dish that everyone can enjoy. I need suggestions.

Oh- and they don't eat fish either.

And someone is already bringing a squash dish.

How about a salad? Something with quinoa or lentils? Or maybe cranberry sauce

Then you need a vegetable dish. How about a salad. I like to do asparagus, green, bean, tomato and feta salad.

I wonder if you could sub potatoes for the bread? Or maybe roasted cauliflower? GF bread? I dunno.

I also have a recipe, at home, for a really yummy polenta casserole thingy that's made with greens and goatcheese. I can dig it out if that sounds interesting.

If I'm going to an "away" thanksgiving and bringing something to share, I make roasted acorn squash that I stuff with veggie stuffing. But, again, you have the issue of the non-wheat eaters. You could do a wild rice stuffing instead, I guess.
