That is about the only source of beef that I ever eat. I just love that stuff. I buy it once a month or so, as a snack. It's high in protein, so that is a plus. I had some today after my run. Salty, too. I presume that is OK after a run.

No, but you can order them from amazon. 12 bars are a bit much for a never tried product... I will keep looking in stores.
