2 miles, tm, I'm getting much better at accepting my limitations at this age, and my oh my are my runs pleasanter.

3 miles at lunch.

When I got back in, the small 8x8 (not including the very few lockers, and 2 shower stalls) work locker room reeked of cologne.  From the time I left for my run, and came back, someone really went to town.  Anyways, back at work, smelling pretty.
