Back in the northwest liquid sunshine today.

5 easy miles with rain and 50° temperature.

Fast Eddie:
11K in light to heavy snow flurries.   :shiver:

Loco Coyote:
9 miles with 2X 3,4,5 minute tempo/threshold effort, 1 minute recovery. I had planned on 2X 3K but wasn't feeling great so opted to break it up a bit more and run a little less. It all worked out okay.
