I mention these guys from time to time: they've been making vegan "plant meat" for a number of years now, started in an incubation kitchen at the local community college. I used to buy their Thanksgiving product -- The Pardon :D -- by picking it up at their kitchen. They put out a great product: really good nutritional profile, not soy heavy (and the chorizo product has zero soy), minimalist packaging. They've slowly been entering other markets and it's exciting to watch on social media.
So they just announced that they'll be in Whole Foods Market nationwide. SUPER great for them (this explains their recent move and expansion) and if you're curious about trying their product and it's not already at your local Whole Foods/Earth Fare/Wal-Mart, it will be soon.
