hit me with your best lupini bean recipes!

lupini beans (canned) were on sale the other day, like big time on sale, and because I'm this kind of person, I bought lots of cans of lupini beans even though I've never cooked with them before
I've got some in a marinade with shallot and orange zest and aleppo pepper and castelovero olives... but other than marinating them, what should I be doing?

I grew up eating these, but they were always a snack - just pop off the outer shell and straight into my mouth. I’ve never had them as part of a recipe.

What do they taste like? Are there other similar beans that you could do a sub for in a recipe?
