I haven't had cheesecake in forever so I'm not sure if this quite hits on the awesome cheesecake note but it's pretty yummy.

That lost me at toasting and peeling actual hazelnuts and buying confectioners sugar and a sifter.

We didn't sift the sugar. Toasting nuts is very easy. But you probably skip them or just buy preroasted nuts.

Honestly, I could just spread cream cheese and nutella on a graham cracker...Or maybe ginger snaps since I actually have some of those.
