7.1 icy cold miles BD miles, a few hours ahead of yet another snow storm. The good news is I gain about 1 percent in age grading, no effort required.

Signed up for a 10K this AM - 24 with several inches of new snow. I'll probably just tempo it and throw in some surges.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

What's BD? 1% gain in age grading because of altitude?

I ran 28:10 8k at 60 last year, maybe not that good my most here but I was pretty happy about it. It was at sea level. If I do it again this year (same time) my age grade percent goes up nearly 1 (more like .8 or .9). I don't know if that bump is fair or not, but WTF I'll take it.
