Track workout today!  First we are doing a 1600m tempo run (5K pace).  Then we are doing 20 x 30-second repeats with 30 seconds rest.

Plugging Along:
warm up lap,
two miles mid 7 pace, fairly hard,
walk a lap, jog a mile
some aches and pains from the effort
