Green Jackfruit

We have a vegan junkfood restaurant here named Bean and they use the jackfruit to make things like "chicken salad".  I don't care for it; I rarely like sweet with savory.  But some people love it.

I;ve gotten some at Wegmans and thought it was really gross. But I have never eaten real pulled pork in my life, so what do i know?

Ice Cream:
Why did you get the can if you didn't like it?  I have never eaten pulled pork, either, so no idea.

I always see it in recipes and find it hard to find (before i knew TJs carried it) so i bought it to have JUST IN CASE but have not used it.

Ice Cream:
I prepared the jackfruit. This is the last time I bought this product.
