Homemade granola bars or I make homemade Lara type bars. You can make a batch on the weekend and eat them all week for breakfast, though not sure how filling that would be.

Those are too high cal for me. Plus I despise Lara bars...probably because I hate nuts.

This is me. Either that or a swing by McD's window for a couple of egg burritos. I think there's no real healthy alternative to eating breakfast not sitting down unless it's shake of puréed kale and beets. I'd rather tough it out til lunch time than scarf something down like that in the car.

I usually eat some berries and a piece of toast or a hard boiled egg, or special k bar. Or sometimes i put some cereal in a bag and eat it like a toddler. But I am bored of all that other than the berries.

Think thin bars are not bad and very filling.

Avocado toast. Scrambled egg on toast with hot sauce.

Y'all are making me hungry!!

I've made the egg muffins things with the muffin tins lines with ham. They come out beautifully. I had a non-stick pan, if that makes a difference.

How about breakfast sandwiches? You can buy liquid eggs in a carton. Pour about 2 oz in a ceramic ramekin and microwave for about 2 min or so. Plop that on an English muffin with a slice of cheese and ham. Wrap and go. About 5 min from start to finish. You can make a few ahead of time and heat in the toaster oven or microwave.  If you like sausage, you can put a frozen sausage patty right on top of the raw eggs and cook it together.

These look good. I'm sure you can customize the flavors. If you don't like certain things, sub it out.

I sometimes buy the WW ones.

But they are more cals than I need to be consuming for breakfast.

Could you use low-cal flat bread rounds or those bagel thins? Maybe egg whites. Just thinking out loud here.

what about making pancakes and freezing them, toast as needed?

you can put anything into a pancake...  I dislike sweet pancakes so tend to make them savory...  I'm particularly fond of making them with yellow thai curry, salad shrimp and spinach in the batter... you can increase protein content by subbing some of the flour for ground legumes (chick pea flour, lentil flour, etc.) or nut flours...

2 slices of low cal bread with light laughing cow cheese and spinach leaves in between?  (Or maybe this is your idea of lunch, but I do not like the sweet options above very much.)

What time do you arrive at work? I eat my oatmeal, greek yogurt, berries and banana concoction when I get here usually around 9. I am pretty hungry by then since I've been since 5:30 and ran too but it's worth it because I enjoy it.

9:30 or 10. It is unpleasant to eat at work because we can't eat at our desks.

What time do you leave the house?

A healthy baked oatmeal would be good to eat on the move. I am sure you could find a low point/calorie recipe on Skinny Taste or something similar. But note that I find nothing wrong with a 350 to 400 calorie breakfast. Gotta fuel the engine after fasting from the night before.
