Overnight oats in a mason jar?
I need to be able to eat while driving.
That's not very safe. Just get up10 mins earlier and eat breakfast at home, or office.
You can make little egg "muffins" using a muffin pan. There are many recipes out there on the Internet.
I have actually made those quite often. I just need to find a way to make them not stick so badly. They destroy my pan.
I might try getting a silicone muffin tin for those.
Would cupcake liners make it better or worse? I'm sure cleanup would be easier, but they might make it harder to actually eat the muffins.
Homemade granola bars or I make homemade Lara type bars. You can make a batch on the weekend and eat them all week for breakfast, though not sure how filling that would be.
Those are too high cal for me. Plus I despise Lara bars...probably because I hate nuts.
when I have breakfast in the car, it is probably a latte
Y'all are making me hungry!! I've made the egg muffins things with the muffin tins lines with ham. They come out beautifully. I had a non-stick pan, if that makes a difference. How about breakfast sandwiches? You can buy liquid eggs in a carton. Pour about 2 oz in a ceramic ramekin and microwave for about 2 min or so. Plop that on an English muffin with a slice of cheese and ham. Wrap and go. About 5 min from start to finish. You can make a few ahead of time and heat in the toaster oven or microwave. If you like sausage, you can put a frozen sausage patty right on top of the raw eggs and cook it together.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What time do you arrive at work? I eat my oatmeal, greek yogurt, berries and banana concoction when I get here usually around 9. I am pretty hungry by then since I've been since 5:30 and ran too but it's worth it because I enjoy it.
9:30 or 10. It is unpleasant to eat at work because we can't eat at our desks.
What time do you leave the house?A healthy baked oatmeal would be good to eat on the move. I am sure you could find a low point/calorie recipe on Skinny Taste or something similar. But note that I find nothing wrong with a 350 to 400 calorie breakfast. Gotta fuel the engine after fasting from the night before.

Can't remember, has drinkable yogurt been suggested already?
